Percy
Woodard has spent an impressive 33 years with ATMC,
where he was appointed general manager in 1999 – a
track-record that has roots right in the community of
Shallotte.
A
graduate of Shallotte High School (1966), Percy started
his career working on a tobacco farm prior to college.
He graduated in 1971 from NC State University, with a
degree in Agricultural & Biological Engineering and a
love of NC State Football and Basketball. He was the
first of the Woodard family to graduate from college.
That same year he started as a Manager Trainee for FCX.
Outside of work, you may see Percy in the community at
the Shallotte Rotary, the Brunswick County Emergency
Food & Shelter Program, the Brunswick County Chamber of
Commerce and at St. Brendan Catholic Church.

time with his wife Connie; children: Randy (30),
Anne-Marie (28) and Jason (25); and
grandchildren: Joshua (7), Decator (5 mos), and
